Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I bought Premium but it's not showing up.

A: Please use the "Restore Purchase" button in the app's Settings menu. Since purchases are handled by Apple/Google, this checks your receipt and re-activates your status instantly.

Q: Where is my data stored?

A: All your habit data and progress photos are stored locally on your device (and in your personal iCloud/cloud backup if enabled). We do not have access to your data.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play Store settings. Uninstalling the app does NOT cancel your subscription.

Q: I deleted the app, how do I get my data back?

A: Since we don't store your data on our servers, if you delete the app without a backup (like iCloud), your data may be lost permanently.
