Terms of Service

These Terms ("Terms") govern your use of the White Smile - Daily Oral Care application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. NO MEDICAL ADVICE
CRITICAL: This App is a habit tracker and gamification tool ONLY. It does NOT provide medical, dental, or health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The "Challenges," "Streaks," and "Tips" are for entertainment and motivation. YOUR USE OF ANY INFO PROVIDED IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. Always consult a dentist for oral health questions.
2. Subscriptions (EULA)
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes/Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Account Charged: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Management: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Account Settings after purchase.
- No Refunds: Unused portions of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple/Google directly.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Publisher (and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers) shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Personal injury or physical damage resulting from your use of the App.
- Data loss (since data is stored locally on your device).
- Any errors or omissions in the App's content.
Total Liability Cap: In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) for the App in the past 12 months, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.
4. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Publisher from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
5. Third Party Services
The App uses RevenueCat (for payments) and Google Firebase. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these third-party services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Turkey.
